A tender procedure is being managed to ensure best value for the client whilst giving confidence that compliance is achieved with current and future regulations.

• A top-down review of water and power supply management for a major leisure company on 4 sites in the UK to instigate an improved and sustainable water and utilities management strategy

• Technical, financial and operational review of tenders for water supply, treatment, power supply and control systems involving 5 contractors on 2 sites in England and Scotland.
