6. Contaminated Land Assessment

Envireau works closely with other consultants and contractors to provide a full service for evaluation and remediation of contaminated land and groundwater. We specialise in sustainable technologies to reduce costs and requirements for 'dig and dump'.

We offer a full service from desktop to field investigations to characterise contaminants and offer innovative solutions including in-situe bioremediation, oxidation and phyto-remediation technology. back to top

7. Composting and Waste Management

Envireau works with Aardvark EM and other consultants to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for a wide range of waste streams. For example we are currently working with Nestlé to develop new methods to compost a major source of food waste. This will greatly reduce volumes going to landfill - and costs!

Envireau and Aardvark EM work closely to manage all aspects of planning, designing and commissioning composting and off-farm waste projects. back to top

8. Engineering; Pumps, Pipes and Treatment Plant

As a part of our borehole and spring management work we are often asked to develop pump and pipeline solutions for high quality water. We also have full capability to design and install water treatment plant.

We have helped construction companies with pipeline installation and diversion. Envireau has the capability to manage all aspects of groundwater in construction schemes including site investigation, impact and risk assessments. back to top

9. EA Licensing Issues

Envireau has many years experience of license applications, variations, risk assessments and other negotiations. Throughout the UK we have helped many clients to obtain and vary abstraction licenses. We can help with all licensing issues, legislation and disputes. back to top

10. Expert Witness Services

We have a wide range of expertise in this field including currently being
involved as joint expert witness for a case to decide upon the nature and
extent of contamination of a spring water source. Previously our staff have
been involved with Crown Court and civil cases, including a successful case
to assist the EA to a prosecution of a major oil spill in Derbyshire. back to top
